Booking and Approval

The casita is offered as a furnished monthly rental with a 30-night minimum, so every stay is reviewed and approved by the owners before it is confirmed.

• Final approval: no reservation is final until the owners approve the RentSpree application.

• No smoking anywhere on the property.
• Respect for neighbors: keep noise to a considerate level, day and night, in this quiet residential neighborhood.
• Maximum occupancy: please observe the casita's maximum occupancy at all times.
• Pets: pets are not allowed without the owners' express permission. An unapproved pet brought to the casita incurs a $1,000 pet fee.
