• Strict Rules: Adhere to the community's guidelines for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
• Please be aware that PGA WEST employs sensors throughout the community to monitor speed limits. The speed limit in most areas is 20 MPH. If your vehicle is detected speeding, tickets and fines will be issued based on readings from the sensors. Please pay attention to the speed limits. If you continue to speed, the remote sensors will record it and issue a speeding citation that will remain valid for several weeks. You will be responsible for paying the fine. Therefore, please avoid speeding and pay attention to the speed limits.

Booking Essentials:

• Maximum Occupancy: 8 adults, no noise outside after 9 PM.
• Minimum Age: Responsible renter must be 25 years old.
• Parking: 3 cars maximum.
• Pets: Subject to owner approval, with a pet fee. No cats allowed.
• Pool Heating: On-demand, with fees for heating the pool or spa (see details below).
• Smoking: Absolutely no smoking allowed. Fines start at $500.
• Music: Music can only be played at low volume before 9:00 PM.
• Quite Hours: 9:30pm to 8am.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancelations at least 90 days in advance. 50% refund for cancellations at least 60 days in advance. If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 60 days to arrival.
• RentSpree Application: Required for stays of 28 nights or more.
• Housekeeping: Weekly housekeeping service is not provided but can be added upon request.
• Pool Maintenance: We work with top pool cleaners, but desert winds can affect pool cleanliness. Please report any issues, and we'll address them promptly.
• Desert Conditions: Be aware of extreme temperatures, potential boatman bugs, sandstorms, and AC limitations.
• Winter Pool Heating: Certain pools will be heated during the winter season (November 13 - May 31).
