Room 4, small suite with one queen bed. Room 4, small suite with one queen bed and a full size futon in the family room. All units include air conditioning and free internet. Rooms 4 and 5 each have a small refrigerator, microwave and in-room coffee service.
Riverside Point Resort in Park Rapids is the ideal for those looking to getaway, relax, but enjoy the comforts of a picturesque lake town. Located on the beautiful, clear, Fishhook river, you are a short boat ride to Fishhook Lake, and a short walk to coffee shops, stores, restaurants, and bars in beautiful downtown Park Rapids.
The washer and dryer is coin operated and located in a common area.
The Property Owner will consider pets. However, pet acceptance is not guaranteed and is subject to owner approval and pet fees apply if the pet is approved. If you bring an unapproved pet, fines apply, and you will be made to leave with no refund.
Please note beach toys come and go, but at this time Riverside Point has the following.
2 - 10 ft kayaks.
2 - 5 ft kayaks.
2 - 12 ft canoes.
1 paddle boat
1 paddle board
All first come, first serve.

These items are not guaranteed as part of the rental, they are complimentary and a courtesy, and all of these items may or may not be available during your stay.
Additional Optional Rental Rates.
We offer additional Pontoon Rentals. We also hold a $500 damage Deposit per rental on the Pontoon. The rates are available below;

In addition to the stated cancellation policy, any credit/debit card processing fees will be deducted from the cancellation refund if a credit/debit card is used, generally around 3%.
Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.
Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500
If you smoke, fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND PROCEDURES
For a 100% refund the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email) but not the Credit Card Processing Fees, generally around 3%. 50% refund for cancellations at least 30 days in advance. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 30 days.
Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.
Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.
For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered, you will likely not get any refund.
To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel your reservation by sending us an email, or a text message. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.
The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.
"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.
We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.
No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.
