The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat, with a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower, and a large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are located down the hall and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The other two bedrooms has a queen sized bed. There's a pull out twin trundle bed in one of the rooms, and a murphy pullout queen bed in the living room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and plush bedding for your comfort.

• Minimum age to book is 25.
• We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
• Rentspree application required and be approved based on the report by the owner.
• All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise.
• A refundable utility deposit of $2,000 is required. Guests will receive a $500 utility credit, and the guest is responsible for gas and electricity above $500 total per month. Any gas or electricity used above $500 will be charged against the deposit. 
• Weekly housekeeping service is not provided. However, can be added at the guests expense upon request.
• Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.
• Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
• Only guests on the reservation may stay at the propery. Guests must get approval for any visitors. Any violation of this will result in a $1,000 per day fine. If the issue continues guests will be made to leave with no refund.
• All occupants names must be listed. Overnight guests must get approval by property owner in advance. Violations are 1000 per day without exception. If violation continues guests will be made to leave without refund.
• Absolutely no parties or they will be kicked out immediately and forfeit the remaining days paid
• $25 more per person per night for guests above 2. 
• No mail box access. May be arranged with owner, please inquire.
• Weekly housekeeping service is not provided. However, can be added at the guests expense upon request.

Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancelations at least 90 days in advance. 50% refund for cancellations at least 60 days in advance. If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
