- Spa can be heated to your preferred temperature

Note: During winter months, we recommend heating the pool first, then starting the spa 45 minutes before use for optimal efficiency. Pool temperatures are not guaranteed but typically reach low-to-mid 80s even in winter.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here's our straightforward policy:
- 90+ days before arrival: 100% refund
- 60-89 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 60 days: No refund. If guests arrive and leaves early, No refund.

Lost & Found Return Policy:
We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method. Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.
