Both garages are air conditioned. Plantation shutters throughout. Indian Palms Country Club is is a gated community with a golf course, tennis, fitness center, clubhouse and much more. The lifestyle center includes a gym, salt water pool, and tennis, pickle ball and bocce courts; various classes are also offered. The Game room has games such as billiards, foosball, cornhole, darts, poker table, Wii Switch, various board games, and scenic photo background. Great for kids of all ages. The hot tub is in a private courtyard accessed from the master bedroom with great privacy. There is also a lockable entrance gate leading to the driveway from the courtyard.

The Property Owner will consider pets. However, pet acceptance is not guaranteed and is subject to owner approval and pet fees apply if the pet is approved. If you bring an unapproved pet, fines apply, and you will be made to leave with no refund.

The Game room has games such as billiards, foosball, cornhole, darts, poker table, Wii Switch, various board games, and scenic photo background. Great for kids of all ages.

Owners have provided membership cards that can be used by you to gain access to the Community Life Style Center.

The Life Style Center has following facilities available:

Community Swimming Pool.
The community pool by the Lifestyle Fitness Center is heated to 88 degrees, and it is open from 7 AM to 10 PM, except for an aqua class from 8 AM - 9 AM, Monday - Friday.  7 - 8 AM M - F only for lap swimmers.

In addition, there are two other community pools, the first is located on Delano/Quinn. The second is located on Cochran/Triehian.
Pool locations are marked on the Community Map.

When you reach the stop sign you can see the Indian Palm Country Club and restaurant.  This facility is available for your use.  Golf fees apply if interested in playing golf.

During the summer starting late June going until early October the average pool temperature can be 90 degrees+ and can even reach up to 100+. Most homes do not have pool chillers. It may not be comfortable to swim, particularly during the day during these months, this is not grounds for cancellation.

Please note if your stay is 28 nights or more, you will receive a $300 utility credit for gas and electricity, and you will be responsible for gas and electricity bills over $500. Payment is due within 2 weeks of departure. ...
