Welcome to our desert oasis! Our newly renovated 3-bedroom house is your perfect getaway in Indio, just 2.5 miles from Old Town and 2 miles from the Indio Empire Club. Plus, we’re only 6.5 miles away from the vibrant dining and shopping scene of El Paseo in Palm Desert.

Here’s what makes our place special:
1.    Stylish Renovation: Freshly updated in May 2024, our home boasts new flooring, paint, and kitchen cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line cookware, and we’ve even locked away a couple of cabinets for our personal stash.
2.    Sparkling Pool: Take a dip in our retiled pool, complete with programmable LED lighting. The sparkling pool and spa are available 24 hours a day, but guests must follow the quiet-hour rules from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The pool and spa can be heated for guest comfort for an additional fee to cover the cost of gas and electricity. Spa-only heating is $40/day if prepaid for the entire stay and $70/day if requested after arrival. The spa can be heated to 100 degrees. Pool heating is $100/day if prepaid or $140/day if not. The pool can be heated to 85 degrees.
3.    Master Suite Bliss: The master bedroom features a California King bed with an organic latex mattress. Slide open the glass door to step right into the pool. The master bathroom offers a deep soaking tub next to the shower, and we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plenty of plush towels await you.
4.    Blackout Comfort: All three bedrooms have blackout window shades. One of the queen bedrooms even has an adjustable bed base with a remote control for personalized comfort.
5.    Game On!: Our game room is a blast. Play Wii, challenge friends to skeeball, air hockey, or shuffleboard, and enjoy a variety of board games and puzzles. Need to work? We’ve set up a dedicated workspace with a computer, ergonomic chair, and printer.
6.    Fitness Fun: Stay active with our precor AMT cardio and toning machine, vibration plate, and rebounder. Yoga, pilates equipment, and free weights are also available (must be 18 or older). Safety first—we’re not liable for any workout-induced soreness!
7.    Entertainment Galore: The living room boasts an 84-inch TV with access to Samsung TV plus, Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Peacock TV, Disney plus, Paramount, Max, and YouTube. Movie night, anyone?
8.    Relaxation Zone: Sink into our zero gravity recliner with a heat option for your lower back. The large leather couch has two reclining ends—perfect for unwinding.
9.    Thoughtful Amenities: Find supplies in the hallway closet, use the humidifier if needed, and breathe easy with our two air purifiers. We keep the vents clean to combat desert dust.

Note:

All guests and visitors must follow house rules during their stay.
* To confirm your reservation and verify your identity, we kindly ask you to submit a selfie of yourself holding a copy of your ID. This helps us ensure that you are the person making the reservation. 
* The minimum age for a responsible renter is 25.
* Three vehicles can park off-street int he large driveway. 
* Although this home is pet-friendly, additional pet fees and cleaning fees may apply, and pets are approved case-by-case. Kindly inform us if you will be bringing a pet, as well as any information that ll be of help, and we will let you know of the additional fees if applicable. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
* The desert is dusty. The exterior surfaces and chairs are cleaned between guests, but the winds are relentless at certain times of the year. 
* Guests are to take out their trash to the receptacles in the side yard. The trash service picks up the bins on Fridays from the side of the house, so guests don t need to take them to the street.
* No outside noise above normal conversation after 10 pm. Guests can enjoy the pool and fire pit after 10 pm if the noise is kept to reasonable levels. The house has noise sensors inside and out to ensure compliance.
* No amplified outside music at any time.
* No inside music that can be heard outside at any time.
* Unattended children are not permitted in the game room. Guests will be responsible for damages.
* The front door is on a coded lock. Guests are not to share codes with others.
* The side gate should remain closed and locked for security.
* Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
* The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come.
These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund.
We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist.
When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long

Cancellation policy and procedures

Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancelations at least 90 days in advance. 50% refund for cancellations at least 60 days in advance. If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 60 days to arrival. 

Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.

Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.

For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered, you will likely not get any refund.

To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel your reservation by sending us an email, or a text message. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.

The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

Example request.

"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th  if the unit is still available. 

Thanks."

We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree. 

No exceptions will be made if the process is not followed.
