Pet Policy:
- Pets are subject to owner approval (additional fee applies). If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No cats allowed.
- Absolutely no smoking; fines start at $500.
Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund if canceled 60 days before check-in.

The use of fireworks on or near the property is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, a $1,000 fine from the house, and any applicable local fines or penalties. If you are found lighting fireworks, we will fully cooperate with local law enforcement.
